<p>I co-founded and lead <a href="https://flipmax.com">Flipmax</a>, a
business-purpose lender doing RTL and DSCR loans. I also co-founded
<a href="https://upmake.com">Upmake</a>
and <a href="https://vinhere.com">Vinhere</a>. I spent two decades writing
software before lending, and I’m still a programmer — one who loves
business.</p>

<p>This blog is where I write things down to understand them better:
lending, capital markets, programming, and getting a little better at
all of it over time.</p>
