I’m Carlos Carballo, an investor based in Maryland. I co-founded and lead Flipmax, a business-purpose lender (RTL and DSCR). I also co-founded Upmake and Vinhere. I spent two decades writing software before lending, and I’m still a programmer — one who loves business.
